href=\"https://gggggggg.jp/member/yusuke-hatano\">ディレクターの秦野です。\u003C/a>\u003Cbr>先日、サンフランシスコを拠点にAI関連事業に取り組まれている那須川さんを講師にお招きし、社内でAI勉強会を開催しました。\u003Cbr>私自身、今年に入ってからChatGPTやClaude、NotebookLMなどを、仕事でもプライベートでもいろいろ試しています。サバティカル休暇中には、DJの練習相手のような使い方もしていました。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>ただ、今回の勉強会で中心になったのは、便利なツールやプロンプトの話ではありません。AIを前提にしたとき、組織に何を残し、人はどこで仕事をするのか。ディレクターとして考えさせられる話が多くありました。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>今回は、勉強会の中で特に印象に残ったことを、自分なりに振り返ってみたいと思います。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Ch2 />\u003C/figure>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>最初に驚いたのは、世界のAI活用についての話でした。\u003Cbr>那須川さんによると、欧米の多くの地域と日本を比べても、AIの活用レベルには、私たちが想像するほど大きな差はないそうです。ただし、サンフランシスコ周辺は、その中でもかなり特殊な場所になっているとのことでした。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>そこで重視されているのは、どのツールを使うかという話だけではなく、日々の仕事で生まれる文脈や暗黙知を組織に蓄積し、必要なときにAIが探して使える状態をどう作るか。いわゆる「クエリアブル・カンパニー（Query-able Company）」という考え方です。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>業務の進捗、クライアントのちょっとした反応、スタッフ同士の会話。こうした一次情報を残しておけば、AIへ質問するときにも、その会社や案件の事情を踏まえた答えを得やすくなります。\u003Cbr>AIが「どう作るか」を担えるようになるほど、人間は「何を解決するのか」を考える必要がある。そのためには、普段の仕事で得た情報を、あとから使える形で残しておくことが欠かせません。これは、GEAR8の仕事にもそのまま当てはまる話だと思いました。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>完成したWebサイトやデザインだけではなく、なぜその判断をしたのか。クライアントがどこで迷い、何を気にしていたのか。そうした過程まで残しておくことで、AIにもチームにも使える知識になっていきます。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Ch2 />\u003C/figure>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>一つ考えさせられたのが、これまで若手のエンジニアやデザイナーが経験を積むために担ってきた作業の一部が、AIに置き換わり始めているという話です。\u003Cbr>経験のある人が、判断の背景や条件をきちんとAIへ渡せば、コードやデザインのたたき台は短時間で出てきます。Figmaやエディターに向かって手を動かす時間は、これから少しずつ減っていくのかもしれません。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>一方で、若手がどこで経験を積み、判断の材料となる文脈を身につけるのか。これは、会社として考えていかなければならないテーマです。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Ch2 />\u003C/figure>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>那須川さんが話していたのは、外へ出て、人と話し、現場を自分の目で見ることの大切さでした。\u003Cbr>AIは、記録されたデータを整理したり、そこから案を作ったりすることは得意です。ただ、クライアントが言葉にしきれなかった迷いや、現場で感じる温度感までは、今のAIだけでは拾いきれません。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>私自身、長くディレクターとしてクライアントと話してきました。打ち合わせの中で出た何気ない一言から、当初とは違う提案につながることもあります。メールや資料だけでは分からなかった事情が、実際に訪問して初めて見えることもあります。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>AIを使えば、PCの前でする作業は短くできる。そのぶん人に会い、現場を見る時間を増やす。今回の話を聞いて、これからのディレクターに必要なのは、そういう時間の使い方なのかもしれないと感じました。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Ch2 />\u003C/figure>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>勉強会の終盤には、AI時代にチームで働く意味についても話が広がりました。\u003Cbr>AIが実作業の多くを担い、一人でできることが増えていけば、最終的には誰もが「ソロファウンダー」のように仕事を完結できるのではないか。そんな問いです。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>那須川さんは、一人でできることでも、あえてチームで働くことを選んでいると話していました。AIによって仕事の時間が短くなったとしても、残った時間を誰と、どう使うのか。ビジョンを話し、同じ場所で文化に触れることは、効率だけでは測れない心の支えや、生きがいにもなるという話が印象に残っています。\u003Cbr>社内では最年長になった自分にも、この話はよく分かります。\u003Cbr>一人で進めた方が早い場面はあります。それでも、クライアントのところへ足を運び、社内でああでもない、こうでもないと話しながら一つのものを作る。少し遠回りに見える時間が、仕事を続ける理由になることもあります。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>サバティカル休暇を終えてオフィスへ戻ったとき、仲間と仕事の話をすることが素直にうれしいと感じました。あの感覚は、作業時間を短くすることとは別のところにあります。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Ch2
