class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u003Cstrong>今回は「自己紹介」回\u003C/strong>\u003C/h2>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>今月は、新しく入社したメンバーに向けて、改めて自己紹介を行いました。\u003Cbr>チームの理解を深める良い時間になりました。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Ch2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u003Cstrong>新メンバー・杉山さん\u003C/strong>\u003C/h2>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>まずは今月入社した杉山さん。\u003Cbr>これまで異業種で経験を積まれてきた方で、「感情の波が穏やか」という自己紹介の通り、いつもニコニコしていて、場の空気をやわらかくしてくれる存在です。まだ入社して3週間ほどですが、すでにチームにすっと馴染んでいる印象があります。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>実際に、その穏やかで素直な性格を活かしてお仕事に励んでいて、良いものを取り入れられますし、分からないことをそのままにせず、すぐに質問されている様子を良く伺うため、個人的にかなり影響を受けています。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>海外旅行の経験もある、好奇心旺盛な一面もある方なので、今後の活躍がとても楽しみです！\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cfigure class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u003Cstrong>日本チームの個性\u003C/strong>\u003C/h2>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>続いて日本チーム。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>ひなこさんは、応募当時のポートフォリオを共有してくださいました。\u003Cbr>私もGear8へ応募した際にポートフォリオを提出しましたが、構成や見せ方がまったく異なり、一言で言うと「自由」。こんな見せ方もあるのか、と新しい発見がありました。実際にひなこさんが手がけてたWeb制作にも、その遊び心がしっかり表れていると感じます。考え方が柔軟な点は見習うものがあります。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cfigure
